Wanted: Tech Support Grins & Groaners

Do friends and family call you regularly for help with tech support issues? Do you have funny stories or timely tips that can help new users avoid trouble spots? I'm writing a new book for Microsoft Press that includes real-world stories (and fun stuff) for experienced computer users who find themselves supporting others in their world (or office).
