BLOCK THAT JUNK MAIL
Here's a great tip I just found in Outlook (I'm working on research for the new Outlook and found this in the old Outlook--go figure!). I love this. One of my pet peeves each time I change computer systems is that the new computer isn't trained to block unwanted email the way the old one was. Here's a tip to fix that:

Here's a great tip I just found in Outlook (I'm working on research for the new Outlook and found this in the old Outlook--go figure!). I love this. One of my pet peeves each time I change computer systems is that the new computer isn't trained to block unwanted email the way the old one was. Here's a tip to fix that:
- Export your junk e-mail list and share it with other computers. Click Tools and then Options. Choose the Preferences tab, and click Junk E-mail. Click the Blocked Senders tab and select Export to File. Enter a file name for file and click Save. Now move the file to another computer (use a USB flash drive or send it via e-mail if you don’t want to use a floppy or CD). Now click Tools and Options; click the Blocked Senders tab again and this time click Import from File. Navigate to the saved file and click Open. The Blocked Senders list is added to the open list. Click OK to save your changes.
Oh--by the way, Happy New Year!
